At OZ Study Desks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic workspace. If your desk or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it securely in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or arrange for a courier to deliver the item to our Victorian distribution center for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned desk, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
